He is supported by Wolfgang Linnemann (Dipl.-Phys.), Dr. Stefan Kittel and Dr. Jürgen Lohmar, all of whom have been involved in the development of KSA's patented peen forming technology over the last fifteen years. An experienced crew of operators completes the team.
The company's external quality management is carried out by former aircraft manufacturing manager Günter Semlitsch.
Dr. Carolyn Kenny is KSA’s executive assistant.

Frank Wüstefeld, CEO, graduated with a PhD from the Institute for Metal Forming at Aachen University with a thesis on "Quantitative Models for Peen Forming". Has been CEO since KSA's foundation in 1994.
Wolfgang Linnemann, Head of Production, graduated with a degree in physics from Aachen University in 1992. Co-founder of KSA. Has worked closely with Frank Wüstefeld for many years and is the inventor of essential KSA patented processes for shot peen forming. Presented with "Shot Peener of the Year" award in 1998.
Stefan Kittel, Head of Quality Management, graduated with a PhD on the "Simulation of Thermal Sheet Metal Forming using the Finite Element Method" from Aachen University in 1994. Co-founder of KSA. Has developed a patented system for on-line shot velocity measurement.
Jürgen Lohmar, Head of Research and Development, graduated with a PhD in material science from Aachen University in 2000. Joined KSA in 1999. Responsible with Frank Wüstefeld for automated peen forming at Airbus.
Günter Semlitsch, Quality Management Representative, is KSA's external quality manager. Prepared KSA for DIN EN ISO 9100:2008 and DIN EN 9100:2003.
Carolyn Kenny is KSA’s executive assistant. Graduated with a PhD in German Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 1994.
Peter Bergelt, Senior Operator, is a trained industrial mechanic. Worked for 4 years for a compressor manufacturer before joining KSA as a manufacturing specialist in 2001.
Dirk Rusch, Junior Operator, joined the KSA team in early 2005 as a machine operator after completing his apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic.
